Albanian Visa Requirements for International Students
Follow these simple steps to apply for albania’s study visa.
- Initially, Fill the application form at least three months before the course start.
- Then Submit it through your regional consulate to the Immigration Department.
- All the forms must be tested by Ministry of Education and it must be signed from concerned college or University.
Note. All EU countries are exempted from VISAs to Albania
Visa Eligibility
Following criteria are as follows;
- A letter of acceptance must be shown demonstrating that an applicant has been offered a place on a full-time course of study at a recognized educational institution.
- Candidates must display evidence of enough funds to support themselves in the country.
- Must shown that the course fees have been paid in full.
- Private Medical inssurance and documengted evidence must be displayed
- Its the policy that candidate should return to their own country at the end of their period of study.
If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs authorizes the visa, you can then apply at one of the Consulates or Embassies near you by submitting the following documents:
- Proof of authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Birth Certificate
- High school diploma or other previous academic certificates
- A medical report issued by a certified medical practitioner. The report must have been issued within the last three months.
- Police clearance report issued within the last six months
Important things to note
After the application submission, candidate should have to wait for at least one to seven days for the application to be proceed. Although, it may take longer depending on specific consulate/embassy. After application processed, candidate can pickup their visa during the working days.
