Admission & Visa Process

To study in the UK, students have to apply for an admission letter. We can obtain the admission confirmation letter from the selected UK university in 8-15 business days.

 

STEP 1: Application process & required documents:

To get an Admission Letter issued by the targeted university in the UK, we require the following documents:

  • Copy of International Passport. 
  • Copy of High School Certificates (Matriculation & Intermediate). 
  • Copy of Bachelor Degree (if the student is applying for a Master’s degree). 
  • Language Proficiency Test – IELTS/TOEFL (if required)

 

STEP 2: How to get a UK Study Visa

 

Students should apply to the Embassy of The UK with the following documents: 

 

  • Visa Application Form 
  • Passport (at least 2 empty pages in the valid passport are needed). 
  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from your university
  • Original School Certificates (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs). 
  • Flight Reservation

  • Birth Certificate in English

                Visa Process Time:
The Visa approval or refusal decision is made within 20-25 working days from the payment date of the visa application fee.

In case of Visa refusal, the appeal can be submitted in the next 14 days.

PR or Citizenship in the UK?

Yes, according to UK law anyone above the age of 18 can apply for UK PR or citizenship but you must meet one of the following criteria,

BY long stays:

  • You have lived in The UK for at least 5 years with either a work visa, student visa, or family reunification visa.

By marriage:

  • You have been married to a citizen of The UK for at least 3 years.

By descent:

  • One of your parents has been granted a UK PR (permanent residence permit).
  • You are the child of a UK national.

Lawful stay:

  • You have obtained asylum in the UK.
  • You have been living in the UK for the last 10 years on a lawful basis, and it is impossible for you to return to your homeland.

Unlawful stay

  • You are a victim of human trafficking, have been living in The UK for at least 360 days, and have cooperated with law enforcement agencies.

You can apply to settle in the UK after 2 years if you invest £10 million. You can apply to settle in the UK after 3 years if you invest £5 million. You can apply to settle in the UK after 5 years if you invest £2 million.

  • Getting UK Citizenship After Permanent Residency?

With a permanent residence card, you can apply for citizenship in the UK if you have lived there for at least 12 months (without interruptions in the UK).
